Therefore it is required to understand how closely aligned are all HR processes: work measurement and reward processes, talent management and reward processes, organizational effectiveness and reward processes, talent management and organizational effectiveness. Therefore in order to be successful organizations need to plan staffing appropriately, so that the right person is in the right job to deliver the business strategy. It also requires meeting challenges of all generations that are working together and delivering best for long term growth.
