GD Goenka School of Medical & Allied Sciences Organized 1st Annual Conference \" REACH 2018\"

GD Goenka School Of Medical & Allied Sciences successfully organized Ist annual conference ‘REACH-2018’ on March 18, 2018. The seminar was aimed to update the Role of Technology in Transforming Healthcare. Prof. (Dr.) Shailendra Saraf, Vice President, Pharmacy Council of India was the Chief Guest of the day. Dr. Romi Singh-Vice President, Sun Pharma Industries Ltd., Dr. Ali Irani - Ex Physiotherapist, Indian Cricket Team, Ms Nadiya Merchant, Nutritional Manager-Kellog’s India Pvt. Ltd., Dr. Raju Parasher -Director / Principal Amar Jyoti Institute of Physiotherapy presented keynote addresses on the conference theme. They apprised all the participants about maintaining healthy life through lifestyle modification, regular exercises etc. Short address by ‘Google Boy’ Kautilya Pandit mesmerized everybody in the conference Hall. Dr. Ali Irani conducted a Hands-on training session on the management of Sports Injuries. A total of 350 students/faculty participated in the event with great zeal and motivation.

The conference was concluded with the closing remarks by Dr. Gajendra Singh, Dean, Faculty of Pharmacy, Pt. B D Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak and 07 best presentation were recognized with the best paper award during the valedictory session.
