School of Communication students attend a workshop with Avijit Dutt

A guest lecture on \'Salary and Allowances\' was organized at School of Education, G D Goenka University for student-teachers of B.Ed. Semester IV on April 05, 2018. Dr. Nusrat Khan, Assistant Professor, School of Management, G D Goenka University was the resource person for the lecture.

As our B.Ed. Semester IV student-teachers graduate as trained teachers this year, all efforts are being made for training them for recruitment and providing them placements. Besides, lifelong learning is essentially a part of our School philosophy. Therefore, during this lecture Dr. Khan briefed the student-teachers on salary structure, different kinds of allowances and pay scales in schools. An extremely engaging session!
