School of Education, G D Goenka University organizes School Experience Programme (SEP) – II and Field Studies- IV at G D Goenka World School and RM Government School, Dhunela

School Experience Programme (SEP) and Field Studies are the nucleus of teacher education . It aims to provide the student-teachers the taste of school life and an enriching experience on their journey of becoming a successful teacher.

SEP- II for B.Ed. student teachers of Semester-II and Field Studies- IV for the students of M.A.(Educational Leadership & Management) was organized from February 05-16, 2018 at G D Goenka World School and RajkiyaMadhyamik Government School, Dhunela, Sohna- Gurgaon Road, Haryana.

During this period, the student-interns organized various co-curricular activities in both the schools such as tree plantation drive, morning and special assemblies, art & craft, music & dance, yoga & aerobics. They actively participated in the duties assigned to them during the preparations for the Annual Sports Day at the G D Goenka World School. They interviewed and discussed with the Principal, Headmistress and other administrative staff at both the best schools in gurgaon to learn about the preparation and maintenance of the various types records and registers at school such as attendance registers, stock register, marks registers & the cumulative records of Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE). Besides, they learnt to action research on problems related to teaching methodology in the classrooms.
