Student-Teachers of SoEd Visit G D Goenka Public Schools

The School Experience Programme-III (SEP-III) for student-teachers of B.Ed. programme offered at School of Education, G D Goenka University shall commence in various G D Goenka Public School in Delhi-NCR from the first week of September, 2017. To begin this wonderful journey of sustained professional engagement at various schools, the student-teachers visited these schools to understand the roles and responsibilities that shall be entrusted upon them during SEP-III. They visited G D Goenka Public Schools at Dwarka, Rohini and VasantKunj, New Delhi. The interaction session with Ms.MeenakshiMahesh Bhakuni, Principal, G D Goenka Public School, Dwarka, Delhi was enriching for student-teachers. In another visit, Dr.RaginiKaul, Principal, G D Goenka Public School, Rohini, Delhi extended a warm welcome to the student-teachers of B.Ed. and the faculty member of SoEd. They interacted with the top schools in gurgaon coordinators and observed the infrastructure, facilities and overall functioning of the school. The visit to G D Goenka Public School, VasantKunj, New Delhi was another enriching experience for them. Mr. Sanjay Yadav, Principal, G D Goenka Public School, VasantKunj as well other members of the school management provided a platform to student-teachers to interact with the students and witness a science and mathematics exhibition put up by them. In the following week, visits to G D Goenka Public Schools at SaritaVihar, Delhi and at Sector-48, Gurugram as well as SCJ World Academy, Sohna Road, Gurugram are planned.
