Introduction: Ramandeep Kaur is an expert in the area of Corporate Communication, Personality Enhancement, English Literature and Education. She is a competent professional with over 17 years of teaching experience. She has to her credit research papers presented and published in national and international seminars and journals. She has been Rapporteur and Anchor person in seminars, conferences and debates. She is the Editor of the University bi-annual magazine, Unibuzz. She is actively involved in mentoring, guiding as well as training the students to facilitate the teaching learning outcomes that eventually contribute to the advancement of the University’s teaching learning endeavours and successful placement of the students. She is an expert in the field of Business Communication, Communication Skills, Event Management and English Literature. She has been responsible for the overall personality development and soft skill enhancement of the students. Her forte are people skills, pro-activeness, adeptness in multitasking, handling work under all kinds of pressure and conducting training programmes. Prior to taking up the current role in G D Goenka University since its inception - 2013 she has experience of working with many institutes of repute such as Amity University, Noida, Guru Nanak Khalsa College, Government College of Commerce and Business Administration and IBS, Chandigarh. Ramandeep Kaur holds a PhD (English) from Punjabi University, Patiala (India), M.Phil (English Literature) from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra (India), M.Ed (Education) from Panjab University, Chandigarh (India) and MA (English) from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra (India). She is an accomplished scholar who obtained high distinctions in all her higher education qualifications.

Research Work
Ramandeep Kaur has done research in varied field of Soft Skills, English and Education in the last 16 years. She has contributed research papers related to factors enhancing employability skills, Colonial and Post-Colonial Literature, Indian Writing in English and Education. She has worked on the area of academic achievement and age as factors of anxiety amongst school teachers as a part of her M.Ed research. She has worked on the ‘Will to Live’ in the characters portrayed by Anita Desai in her novels as a part of her M.Phil Research and she has worked extensively in the area of Colonial British-Indian Literature as a part of her doctoral research. She has also developed case studies in the area of Corporate Communication.
