|Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.)
||10+2 from CBSE or equivalent examination with Mathematics as a subject of examination and NATA score (min 40%). In addition, candidates will also have to successfully complete Goenka Aptitude Test for Admission (GATA) and a personal interview.
|Bachelor of Planning
||Admission to Bachelors of Planning (B-plan) Programme is based on the Secondary and Higher Secondary School Score from CBSE or any equivalent examination with Mathematics with a minimum aggregate of 50 %.
|Master of Planning (M-Plan)
||The curriculum for the Postgraduate Programmes need to take into consideration the various basic qualifications eligible for post-graduation in town and country planning viz. (i) Bachelor of Architecture, or (ii) Bachelor of Engineering (Civil), or (iii) Bachelor of Planning, or (iv) Post graduation in Geography or Economics or Sociology.
