The G D Goenka group has always thought ahead of its times. The Group has always been an initiator to lead others into new forays of Education. We realize the evolved teaching needs along with the needs and learning styles of children of the present times. The continuous process of evolution in terms of awareness of the world, consciousness of the self, responsibility to the environment and above all development of good character and values, require the teachers to be trained to be at a new standpoint of preparedness.

This can actually empower the teachers to help the child learn effortlessly and absolutely.

The Goenkan training program is designed by experts in education, psychology, physiology, pedagogy and above all by people who are intensely passionate about teaching in a way that learning happens on its own, just by the fact that the environment and the lessons were so prepared. The Goenkan teacher with all the ideals has to be the most advanced in technology, in sync with the latest and be innovative and even beyond. The teacher has to be prepared to work in the most scientific environment and yet with the appropriate moral values and a missionary zeal for overall excellence.

The programme is absolutely unique and innovative. It is based on what practically teachers need to know, learn and execute in a classroom. The Goenkan teacher would understand the needs of the child according to specific milestones, stages of development and goals to be achieved.
