Dr. Priyanka Banerjee

Dr. Priyanka Banerjee has graduated in Botany (Hons) from Sri Venkateswara College, Post Graduation in Botany from Hindu College, completed B.Ed. from G.G.S.I.P. University, New Delhi and M.Ed. from Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak. Her interest in pursuing research in Educational Management led to completing M.Phil and Ph.D. from National University of Educational Planning and Administration and currently pursuing M.A. Psychology from IGNOU, New Delhi. She has worked as Assistant Professor in Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi, Amity Institute of Education, New Delhi, Jesus and Mary College and Lady Irwin College, University of Delhi. Areas of interest include Educational Psychology, Organisational Development, Organisational Behaviour, Higher Education and Science Education. She has engaged in presentation of papers in several National and International Conferences held in IIT, IIM, JNU, Delhi University and Madrid, Spain in order to put forth views on emerging issues in the field of education and how the area of Organisational Development can help in transforming education as it exists today for a better tomorrow. She has published papers dealing with themes like Leadership, Higher education and Organisational Development in reputed journals, reviewed books and authored two books titled, ‘Team Building, Organisational Culture & Climate in Universities’ and ‘Leadership Style and Team Effectiveness in relation to Organisational Culture in Universities in Delhi’. She is a Life Time Member of Comparative Education Society of India, University of Delhi and Editorial Board Member of Higher Education Studies, Canadian Center of Science and Education.
