The Demo is being conducted by Japanese Chef, Aryanto (Ryan):

Ryan joined The Crown Plaza Today, Gurgaon in the month of August last year as a Japanese Chef. He is originally from Indonesia but is fluent in Japanese, Indonesian and English. After completing his training from J.W. Marriott Hotel, Jakarta, he was hired at the same Hotel as a Japanese cook. He has also worked in Dubai at the Park Regis, in Aaska, USA with Princess Cruises and M.H. Alshaya in Kuwait.

He has multiple certifications in Food Safety and loves to explore different cultures.

He will conducting Demo on Sushi and various other dishes from the Japenese cuisine along with tutorial and history of the cuisine.
