Dr. Parul Sinha is an Associate Professor in Operations Management and Quantitative Methods at GD Goenka University, Gurugram. She has a B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering) in Electronics and Communication, an MBA and a Ph.D. from National Law University, Jodhpur, in Management. She has 23 years of experience and has published approximately a dozen management case studies to date, out of which five are listed in HBSP and Ivey, while others are in Scopus-indexed journals like Emerald Emerging Markets case studies collection, Asian Case Research Journal, IIM Rohtak, etc. In addition, she has also published research papers in coveted international and national journals (ABDC) such as International Hospitality Review, Emerald, ASEAN Journal on Hospitality , IUP Publications, Academy of Marketing Studies, etc. Her research interests are in Project Management (PM), Management Information systems (MIS), Supply Chain Management, etc. In addition, she has supervised students in areas of Project Management, Cyber Security, Disruptive Technology, IT upskilling etc., for their Doctoral Research. Three Ph.D.s have been completed and one more is in the final stage.

Dr. Parul Sinha has been mentoring students at both Postgraduate and Undergraduate levels over the last two decades. She has taught programs affiliated with National and International Universities. Before taking up her current role at GD Goenka University, she worked at Apeejay School of Management, New Delhi, Ansal Institute of Technology, Gurgaon and IILM Institute of Business and Management New Delhi and Gurgaon. She has been involved with various Institutional development and Administrative activities as well. She has been a resource person at AICTE-ATAL FDP and conducted case study sessions with corporates. In addition to teaching and research, she has also developed and delivered course modules for the MBA/PGDM Program (Operations and Information Systems area). She has developed and delivered Project Management (PM) and Management Information System (MIS) course sessions at IBM Global Business Process, Gurgaon. She is currently writing research papers on Medical Oxygen Supply chain, Metaverse In Healthcare, AI procurement in the public sector, SME adoption of I5.0, etc. She is also a reviewer for various prestigious journals.
