“Pâtisserie Around The World” organized by Le Cordon Bleu School of Hospitality, GD Goenka University. Chef Matthew Hodgett, LCB London inaugurated the pastry demonstration.
This is organized for creating awareness among the University students about the variety of pastries, origin, history, and usage with varied accompaniments.
The entire varieties of pastries were displayed as “Open House ” at the lobby of the GD Goenka University, for the students and faculty members to taste, savor and appreciate”
