Le Cordon Bleu School of Hospitality, GD Goenka University has celebrated the “World Bread Day ” on 16th October 2019. More than one hundred varieties of bread from seven countries on five continents were prepared by the Post Graduate Diploma in Culinary Arts Management students as a part of the project and displayed at the lobby of GD Goenka University to create awareness among the Faculty members and students of the university. An Open house event for invitees, guests, and students of the University to familiarise taste and savor the wide variety of bread on display. Mr. Namit Agnihotri, General Manager, The Roseate New Delhi, and Prof.Dr. Suku Bhaskaran President, GD Goenka University inaugurated the event.
