The student-teachers of School of Education, G D Goenka University celebrated the 2614th birth anniversary of the 24th and the last Tirthankara, Lord Mahavira through a special assembly on March 28, 2018. They highlighted the teachings of Lord Vardhaman Mahavira and his service to humanity. Besides, the student-teachers also recited and chanted the Navakar Mantra ‘Namo Arihantanam’.
