Professional Biography

Ashu Gautam is an expert in the area of electronic measurement and instrumentation, programmable logic controllers and data acquisition, microprocessors and embedded systems design and IoT with a background in instrumentation and control. She has taught these subjects for nearly 14 years at universities such as the NorthCap University, MMEC Mullana University and GD Goenka University. She is Wipro mission 10X on teaching methodology and pedagogy and IBM certified trainer in the domain of IoT.

Prior to taking up the current role in 2016, Ashu Gautam served in academic position such as Assistant Professor, Admission Councellor and Training-Placement Coordinator, North Cap University; and Programme In-charge, Instrumentation and Control Engineering at North Cap University.

Ashu Gautam is currently pursuing her PhD from Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies; holds an M.Tech (Instrumentation and Control) ​ from Punjab Technical University; and a gold medallist in BTech (Instrumentation and Control)​ from​ ​Punjab Technical University.

Current Research

Ashu Gautam's current research interests are focused on routing protocols, artificial neural networks, block chain and Internet of Things. She maintains her relationship with national hackers group and is actively engaged in their monthly activities to the Hackers Society for upcoming technologies discussion. She is lifetime member of Indian Society for Technical Education and has three patents to her credit in the domain of biometric authentication.
