Introduction: Chef Saurabh Awasthi's expertise is in the area of Food Production operations. He is a true professional with an immense degree of integrity and knowledge. He is a passionate teacher and has 8 years of teaching and industrial experience in Hotel management Institutes, Universities, and Hotels of repute. Prior to taking up the current role in 2021, Chef Saurabh Awasthi worked as an Assistant Professor at Amity University Rajasthan India and he worked in reputed Hotel management Institutes like IHM Meerut, HIHT Agra, CHTS’s IHMCT Lucknow as a lecturer. Currently, Chef Saurabh is pursuing a Ph.D. from Pacific University Udaipur Rajasthan India. He has completed MBA-HM and B.Sc in Hotel Management and catering technology & Tourism from Punjab Technical University. He has done also has two diplomas one of the food production diplomae from the food crafts institute Udaipur Rajasthan (NCHMCT) and a second diploma in bakery and confectionery from Govt.
