Food & Beverage Production, Bakery and Confectionery
Gurudutt’s expertise is in food and beverage production, bakery and confectionary and hotel operations. He has taught courses in these areas for almost three years at G D Goenka’s Le Cordon Bleu School of Hospitality.
Prior to taking up the current role in 2017, Gurudutt served in various management positions for more than seven years at luxury hotels and international cruise line brands such as DLF Hotels & Restaurants Ltd. as a Bakery Chef (New Delhi); Carnival Cruise Lines (USA) as a Pastry Chef; Indian Army, ASC Battalion 514 (Dehradun) as a Bakery supervisor; and Amrapali Group of Institutions (Haldwani) as a Lecturer.
Gurudutt holds a Masters in Hotel Management from Uttarakhand Open University, Haldwani; B.Sc. in Hospitality and Catering Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Meerut.

Gurudutt’s research focuses on inspecting food items, planning and developing menus, handling purchases, developing recipes, presentation standards, and pricing for all menu items and specials. He has successfully developed techniques for food preparation and presentation and determining menu prices. He also has interest in training line cooks on cooking techniques, utilisation of ingredients and inventory management.
