This workshop was conducted to emphasize on the understanding of ingredients, hygiene knowledge and culinary skills, which are required to roll out a Japanese master piece. Right from the selection of ingredients and seasoning for sushi making, to the actual cutting techniques, required to making an “authentic” sushi, all these were demonstrated by Japanese Chef of IHG Crown Plaza Gurgaon.
