Nidhi has more than six years experience in training and development, human resource management, food and beverage management, event planning, hospitality management, customer service, soft skills training and research methods.
Prior joining Le Cordon Bleu School of Hospitality at G D Goenka University, Nidhi Nayna was an Assistant Professor at Vatel School of Hospitality Management, Ansal University, Gurugram, Delhi Institute of Hotel Management, New Delhi, and the Institute of Hotel Management, Hajipur.
Nidhi is an alumnus of Birla Institute of Technology Mesra, and Ranchi Institute of Hotel Management Pusa, New Delhi from where she completed her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Hospitality Administration. She is undertaking doctoral studies at Amity University Uttar Pradesh and recently submitted her thesis for examination.
