Vaibhav’s expertise is in the area of food and beverage service, beverage operations and mixology.
Prior to taking up the current role in 2018, Vaibhav served in various management positions in food and beverage service and learning and development for more than 14 years at various hotel brands such as Westin Abu Dhabi, Westin & Le Meridien Bahrain, Westin Gurgaon, Taj Group of Hotels, Sterling Holidays & Resorts, PVR Cinemas and The Grand (Ex-Hyatt) New Delhi.
Vaibhav Bhardwaj holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Sikkim Manipal University; B.Sc. in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Jaipur.
Vaibhav’s current research interests are focused on whiskeys, cocktails and beverages; and the importance of soft skills in hotel management and customer engagement

Certified Hospitality Trainer: Starwood Hotels and Taj Group of Hotels.
Designed the beverage menus at Westin Hotels & Resorts International, Le Meridien Hotels, Amari Maldives, and Taj Group of Hotels.
