Professional Biography

Bhupinder Singh is an expert in the area of healthcare law, industrial and labour laws, criminal law and research methodology. He has taught these subjects for nearly 11 years at different universities.

Prior to taking up the current role as Associate Professor in G D Goenka University, Gurgaon in 2019, Bhupinder Singh served in academic position such as Associate Professor in School of Law, Alliance University, Bangalore; Programme Director for Ph.D/LL.B and B.Com LL.B programmes and as Assistant Professor in School of Law, Amity University, Noida; and Research Scholar in Department of Law, Punjabi University, Patiala.

Bhupinder Singh holds a Ph.D ​and LL,M from Punjabi University, Patiala;  and LLB and BCom from Panjab University.  He is also qualified the UGC- NET/JRF.
