Ms. Samridhi ChauhanAssociate Professor
Intellectual Property Rights, Law of Contract, Business Laws
Samridhi is an expert in the field of intellectual property law, law of marriage and divorce, succession law, and business law. Samridhi is an alumni of Miranda House, University of Delhi from where she has completed her undergraduate and masters degrees in philosophy. Thereafter, she completed the LLB and LLM from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, the University of Delhi. She is UGC-JRF/NET qualified. She is currently pursuing the PhD in Law at the National Law University, Jodhpur. She has teaching experience of more than two years in G D Goenka University and Jai Narayan Vyas University, Jodhpur. She also has industry experience of one year.

Samradhi’s doctrinal research is on ‘The Essence of Femininity under Hindu Jurisprudence’ & ‘Unfair Trade Practices and Protection of Consumer Interest under Consumer Protection Act’. She also undertook an empirical research for determining ‘The Effect of Education in Minimizing Child Marriage among the Rajputs: A Case Study of Village Kheri Sultan, Jhajjar, Haryana’.
