On 15th September 2016, a guest lecture was conducted by School of Management on the topic “Understanding Service Marketing with reference to The Leela Ambience Gurgaon”. The speaker was Ms.NidhiVerma, Head PR and Marketing Leela Ambience. Ms.Nidhidistinguished between product marketing and service marketing. She has explained the elements of experience and pleasure as an integral aspect of service According to her, the core essence of services is to make guests enjoy on special occasions.
