A personality profiling of the students of BBA 1st year and B.Com 1st year through 16 PF (personality factor psychometric test) has been done under HR club activity on 23rd September 2014 by Dr. Nusrat Khan, Ms. Esha Jain and Ms. Poorva Shukla. The students were administered a paper pencil test through a standardised questionnaire. They will be personally groomed and counselled for the scoring that they have achieved on their individual results in the next HR activity session. The main objective of the activity is to understand the different personality factors of an individual so that it will help them develop into better individuals who are best fit for the organizations. The learning and the application of this psychometric testing is useful for the students during recruitment, team composition, performance management, career management and learning and development.
The Personality Dimensions taken in the activity were:
Extraversion, independence, tough mindedness, self-control, anxiety, warmth, reasoning, emotional stability, dominance, liveliness, rule-consciousness, sensitivity, vigilance, abstractedness, privateness, apprehension, social boldness, sensitivity, vigilance, openness to change, self-reliance, perfectionism, and tension.
