Human Resource Management
Swati Sisodia is an expert in the area human resource management with a focus on training and development, leadership, organizational change, and reverse mentoring. She conducts courses such as Organizational Change, Understanding Organizational Behaviour, Professional Ethics and CSR, Human Resource Management and Human Resource Planning and Development.
Prior to taking up the current role in 2020, Swati Sisodia served at G D Goenka University as visiting faculty of Human Resource Management. She has also worked in the HR area in the corporate sector.
Swati Sisodia has submitted her PhD thesis to G D Goenka University. She has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Human Resource) from Apeejay Institute of Technology and Management; and B.Com from Delhi University South Campus.

Swati Sisodia current research interests are focused on Instrumental in bringing the quantitative tool for evaluating the Training Effectiveness. She has been taking initiative in both empirical as well as applied research in the Areas of her interest that would benefit public and private sector companies, and government and society in general. The knowledge generated by her has appeared in leading academic journals with high citation index and impact factor.
She is using her experience combined with extensive research and industry experience adds an exceptional learning experience for the creative minds. Swati’s current research interests are focused on understanding organization citizenship behaviour, Artificial Intelligence, Social Intelligence, IoT and reverse mentoring.
