The Part Time Masters in Business Administration is a postgraduate level qualification targeted for working executives in diverse fields of Business Management. The programme is spread over three years and will be delivered in week end mode. It is designed to enhance the skill sets of aspirational working professionals at entry level to mid-level roles and responsibilities with a motive to transform them into capable managers and senior executives having outstanding leadership qualities. The programme also embeds substantial degree exposure in research and industry interface which allows the students to amalgamate the learning with practical aspects of business management.

School of Management also has collaboration with British Standards Institution (BSI), CILT, Safexpress, NSE and CIMA for the delivery of specialized courses in the field of management.

Programme Highlights

Teaching is done through interactive sessions in the classroom in week end mode. Real life scenarios and situations are shared through videos, audios, role plays, tutorials and group work. Emphasis is laid on practical work which is simulated through case studies, actual projects and learning by doing. The knowledge and skills of students are assessed by innovative techniques. The parameters for assessment are professionally developed for each competency. The programme also includes flexible credit structure with variety of options from amalgamators, augmenters and competency builders (please see university website for details).

Supply Chain and Operations, General Management, Human Resource Management, Accounting and Financial Management, Marketing Management, Economics, Statistical and Quantitative Methods, Information Technology and Management Accounting as offered by CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of UK).

One can develop a career in sectors ranging from FMCG, Retail, Tourism, Banking, Hospitality, IT and ITeS, Media, PR & Advertising, Consultancy, Market Research etc.

Entry Requirements

An undergraduate degree in an appropriate discipline from UGC approved University. In addition, applicants will also have to successfully complete a Goenka Aptitude Test for Admission (GATA) and appear for a personal interview.
