Professional Biography

Mamta Dagar is specialized in the area of physiotherapy in cardiovascular, pulmonary and intensive care in addition to a qualified Yoga instructor.She has taught these subjects for nearly 4 years at GD Goenka University (India).

Prior to taking up the current role in GD Goenka University in 2016, Mamta Dagar served in Clinical Position as Head of Department for Alchemist Hospital,Gurugram, Senior Physiotherapist at Healing Hand Physiotherapy and Rejuvenation center, Faridabad.  She had her own clinic set –up with Dr.Bhutani (Pediatrician) at Dr.Butani polyclinic and physiotherapy center, Faridabad.

Mamta Dagar holds degree in Bachelor of Physiotherapy and Master of Physiotherapy (Cardio-Pulmonary) both from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore. She has completed a Certificate course in Yoga from Bhartiya Vidhya Bhawan.

Mamta’s currentresearch interest are focused on preoperative physiotherapy role in patients undergoing surgeries, Stem cell therapy, BMI impact on performance in different age groups and antenatal physiotherapy for women’s health betterment.
