Ms. Iksha YadavAssistant Professor
IkshaYadav is informed in the area of Literatures’ in English and its inter-related theories of criticism. During her current role in the University, she has been dominantly scrutinizing 21st century competitive scenario, calling for a wholesome development of communication and personality development skills in order to create and enhance integrated public and interpersonal undaunted individuals. Hence, her primary objective has been to fashion and re-fashion the many idiosyncratic personality traits of students as appreciated in a socio-cultural and professionally academic environment.
Iksha Yadav did her Graduation (English Hons.) from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, University of Delhi (New Delhi), and Masters from Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi (New Delhi). She has qualified UGC-NET twice, in 2018 and 2019 respectively.
Beside personality development of students, Iksha's current research interests are focused on the Bhakti Literature of India, problematic conflict of the politics and aesthetics of the Vaishnava School of thought in the contemporary North-Indian region. Her interest presently promises to explore the Cultural theories and indigenous folklores.
