A Workshop on Fire Suppression Systems was held at Le Cordon Bleu School of Hospitality was held on 18th feb-2016,thursday from 2pm to 4 pm at demo kitchen . The workshop was conducted by Mr. Rajesh Ahuja, exclusive India distributor of Amerex. Mr. Ahuja is a Post diploma in Hotel Management from IHM – Pusa , New Delhi 1990 and after a tenure at Kitchen Stewarding Hyatt Regency-New Delhi in 1991 he was motivated to start a kitchen equipment solutions company -what is today known as Chefline Associates . Chefline is now a 25 year old company offering turnkey solutions manufacturing Commercial Kitchen Equipment with one of the largest COMPANY OWNED largest shop floors in Bhiwadi/ Chopanki/New Delhi.

He later recognized the need of the industry and got Amerex–Kitchen Fire suppression system in India as an exclusive India distributor.

As the CEO of Amerex India- In a short span of 3 years of its launch in India he has executed many prestigious projects -TAJ Hotel Chennai/ Hubli/ Dwarka, Ibis Jaipur Radisson Indore/ Nagpur, Ecole Institute.

In the workshop he gave indepth knowledge about fire as a potential hazard and professional ways to combat fire breakouts. The session was very beneficial to all students of hospitality who would be dealing with fire in their professions and should know the latest technology to prevent and counter destructive fire.
