COLLEGIATE CLUB OF SAE INDIA

SAE INDIA is India's leading resource for mobility technology. As an individual member-driven society of mobility practitioners, the ownership of SAE INDIA wrestles with its members who are Individuals from the mobility community, which includes Engineers, Executives from Industry, Government Officials, Academics and Students. SAE INDIA is a strategic alliance partner of SAE International registered in India as an Indian nonprofit engineering and scientific society dedicated to the advancement of the mobility industry in India.

SAE India Collegiate Club GD Goenka University Gurgaon

The purpose of an SAEINDIA Collegiate Club is to increase the benefits of SAE INDIA. The focus of this organization is to provide its members opportunities to gain broader insight into the engineering profession by sponsoring meetings that will bring practicing engineers to the campus, arranging field trips to research and engineering establishments, sponsoring student projects of engineering interest, and participating in local SAEINDIA Section activities.

This Collegiate Club was constituted and approved by SAE India on 29/06/2021 and the first meeting of the club was held 03/07/2021. It is subject to the Constitution, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations of SAE India Society. The purpose of this organization is to provide its members opportunities to gain broader insight into the engineering profession by sponsoring meetings that will bring practicing engineers to the campus, arranging field trips to research and engineering establishments, sponsoring student projects of engineering interest, and participating in local SAEINDIA Section activities. The students themselves through the elected officers administer college club affairs.

The main aim of the Society of Automotive Engineers at GD Goenka University, Gurgaon endeavors to foster comprehensive engineering, designing skills and manufacturing enthusiastic to create advanced technologies and innovative solutions in the field of automobiles. The Students of GD Goenka University participated in the Event of BAJA 2022 and cleared the 1st round.
