Faculty development program (FDP) on Cyber Security-Premises Hacking

Electronics and ICT academy, IIT Kanpur in association with SoES organized an online Faculty development program (FDP) on Cyber Security-Premises Hacking during 20 th -24 the Feb 2023.

Resource person, Mr Rahul Gupta, Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and EC Council Certified Security Analyst, IIT Kanpur, gave an insight on cyber security, information security attacks/threats/vectors, ethical hacking, CEH hacking system steps, password security and hacking, wireshark, to name a few. Mr. Rahul is an expert in Ethical Hacking, Cyber Security, Computer Hacking, Forensic Investigation, Linux Administration, Cloud Computing & MS Office. During the workshop he shared the details about industry focused and industry-driven hands-on courses in electronics & ICT. E&ICT Academy strives to narrow the gap between the academic approach to electronics and ICT domains as currently provided by the educational institutions and the practically oriented approach as demanded by the industry. 600 faculty members across India registered and participated for the event.
