DISSEMINATING THE SUCCESSFUL ACCOMPLISHMENT OF TUNING INDIA PROJECT

In series of dissemination activities to make the efforts of Tuning India project reach far and wide, Department of Physiotherapy, School of Medical and Allied Sciences, G.D. Goenka University, Gurugram organized a Live Focussed Group Discussion  on Feb 22, 2021 to enlighten the  professionals from different aspects of healthcare  for increasing the efficacy of Patient care management  keeping oneself adhered with Ethico -legal clinical practice guidelines as a curricular content in education, which is a part of Tuning India Project. More than 50 professionals and students pro-actively participated in this virtual discussion. Dr Sanjeev Gupta addressed the session with a brief introduction to Tuning India Project and its relevance in inculcating habit of Ethicolegal Clinical Practice in Patient Management; which was carried further by the next resource person - Dr Mamta Dagar  as she gave full descriptive introduction of Tuning India Project. Dr.Uday Yadav,HoD , Polaris Hospital, Gurugram – focused discussion was based on clinical setting , standard procedure used in clinical for effective diagnosis and treatment. Dr. Rahul Sharma, Director, New Age Rehabilitation , QRG Health City Hospital, Faridabad shared his experiences on IPD and OPD needs of patient focusing his view point on inculcating effective case reporting in budding practitioners.  Dr. Kapil Chauhan, HoD, Deptt. Of Physiotherapy, QRG Health City Hospital, Faridabad enlightened the audience about the role of Basics and assessment behind Successful Patient Management in Physiotherapy practice. The session ended with vote of thanks to all the speaker and participants for making this discussion a successful event.
