On 10th August 2022, a special Guest Lecture was organized for MBA students( Batch of 2022- 2024) by School of Management, GD Goenka University and it was taken by Mr. Anup Jain, Managing Partner at ORIOS Venture Partners. The emphasis _was on the best time to be an Entrepreneur. 

Mr. Anup Jain took an interactive session with exchange of various questions and answers with the students of School of Management, surrounding the topic of Entrepreneurship. He explained how failed entrepreneurs significantly contribute to the corporate sector with their experience and journey and have high chances of getting recruited. Also, he enlightened students upon becoming an intrapreneur by learning in the corporate sector and then bringing something new as an intrapreneur within the company they are working with.

Mr. Anup also discussed the non - quitting perspective of entrepreneurs along with spreading awareness about the Market Myopia. He explained how it is the right time to start as an entrepreneur as a student as they get practical experience besides their academic curriculum and learn by hit and trial as an entrepreneur. This experience adds value to their profile and even if the venture fails they will have high chances of getting hired with their journey as an entrepreneur. The session was closed with a vote of thanks by Program Head MBA & PGD Programs, Dr. Sudipta Sen Gupta.
