Repositioning of Human Resources for Organizational effectiveness, 24th & 25th March,

School of Management, GD Goenka University students and faculties were fortuitous to attend the conference titled - Repositioning of Human Resources for Organizational effectiveness on 24th  & 25th March, 23. ISTD Gurgaon organized the conference Chapter. Congregations of experts from different industries have given deep insights on current HR trends -AI as a tool of productivity: Skilling and Reskilling, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; Startup and innovation;  the rise of the Gig economy.  

Students had the opportunity to interact with experienced panel speakers and develop an understanding of the changing workplace and business environment. The event was inspiring and our students found the experience enriching. 

We sincerely thank Dr. Raj Singh Antil, Chairman, ISTD Gurugram for inviting us. Thanks to Dean sir, Prof. Alok Pandey for the opportunity to faculty members ( Dr. Nusrat Khan & Dr. Preeti Malhotra) and students who will participate in the conference.
