Le Cordon Bleu School of Hospitality, GD Goenka University organized a celebration of “Breads around the World ” on Tuesday, 16th October.

As a part of the project work, the Post Graduate Diploma in Culinary Arts Management students with the guidance of the faculty member displayed 125 varieties of bread from 35 countries of 5 continents.

This is organized for creating awareness among the University students about the variety of bread, origin, history, and usage with varied accompaniments.

The entire varieties of bread were displayed as “Open House ” at the lobby of the GD Goenka University, for the students and faculty members to taste, savor and appreciate”.

The display of bread was inaugurated by the Senior Executive Chef Ms. Manisha Bhasin of ITC Maurya, A Luxury Collection Hotel, New Delhi in the presence of the President, GDGU Prof. Dr. Suku Bhaskaran and Prof. Dr. Y G Tharakan, Dean of Le Cordon Blue School of Hospitality.
