Presentation on “Evolving Role of Leadership in Pandemic”Presented by Reetika Chaudhary Departmental Seminar of the Series 2022 Friday, 4th March

The session was organized by the DSS organizing team under the guidance of Dr. Nusrat Khan. More than 36 participants attended the session and gave positive feedback on its punctuality and efficient organization. Reetika Chaudhary is a scholar with School of Management. She has done MBA with specialization in HR and M.com. She presented in the second DSS.

Reetika covered the various areas of leadership traits, Disruptive leadership, Transformational leadership theories, described on perspective of covid19 as the ultimate disruptor for its impact in the human life, working and improvement. She also mentioned and positive outcomes from amidst covid19 with application of I 4.0 Techniques as Great innovations followed in difficult times. On the Indian landscape, it is described necessity is mother of invention and leaders who excelled during covid with empathetic leadership. Specific leadership skills as per today scenario with Analytical approach, Setting direction, excellent Communication, Authenticity, Global Outlook and Creative Thinking.

Dr. Alok Pandey covered the Leadership during war time, war is impact of bad causes and we have eliminate these causes from the Root for a World with no War, only Peace (War & Peace – Leo Tolstoy).
