Le Cordon Bleu feels  elated to host an exemplary  Masterclass 'A Taste of Italy' by ALMA - La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana (International School of Italian Cuisine for our students on 22 November, 2023. 

This exclusive event transported participants into the heart of Italian cuisine. In a single day, students, guided by ALMA's expert instructors, delved into the intricacies of crafting handmade pasta and mastering the authentic flavors that define Italy's culinary landscape.

The immersive experience, curated for Le Cordon Bleu India, not only honed their skills but also provided a rich cultural journey through the flavors of Italy. This unique culinary exploration remains a cherished memory for those fortunate participants and aims to foster cultural exchange  between the two nations.
