Selection Day at Le Cordon Bleu School of Hospitality & Tourism  was a day of nerves, excitement, and culinary and professional dreams for aspiring youngsters coming to Le Cordon Bleu. As the doors swung open to welcome a cohort of aspiring chefs and their proud parents, the air buzzed with anticipation. For the students, it marked the culmination of dedication, passion, and countless hours spent perfecting their craft. 

The atmosphere was electric as the senior students showcased their culinary prowess, presenting their creations with a blend of confidence and passion. Every plate done by the senior batches  was a testament to their journey, a reflection of their commitment to the culinary arts and welcoming their new inmates with open arms and benchmarking their exceptional standards.

Selection day at Le Cordon Bleu was more than just a test of skills; it was a celebration of passion, perseverance, and the pursuit of culinary excellence. As the day came to a close, amidst cheers, applause, and perhaps a few tears of joy, one thing was abundantly clear: the future of gastronomy was in very capable hands.
