Department of Computer Science Engineering, School of Engineering and Sciences organized a Seminar on ‘How to Crack Top Rated Placements, Higher Education & Scholarships’ on 5^th April 2022 in collaboration with Career Labs. The session commenced with a welcome address by Dr. Naresh Sharma, Head, School of Engineering and Sciences and he highlighted the importance of planning one’s career at the right time so as to achieve the goals on time. Mr. Satish Anand, Head Speaker, Career Labs, provided the career options available for the students after graduation. Mr. Anand briefed students about acquiring the X-factor to stand out in the crowd. He detailed students about the technical, managerial and techno-managerial job opportunities available after graduation. Mr. Anand also presented the possibilities of higher education available in India and abroad. The worth of appearing in GRE, CAT, ToEFL, GATE was discussed at length in the session. He also provided the information about the programs such as Masters in Management, Masters Engineering Management, Deferred MBA, Masters of Science in Business Administration that are well accepted worldwide and lead to jobs of high salary packages. In the end, the students were provided with a hands-on working on the verbal comprehension passage to give a glimpse of appearing for GRE and the like examinations.
