Site Visit to Hauz Khas Monument

The students of 1st Year B.Arch and B.Plan went on a Site Visit to the Historical Monument of Hauz Khas with faculty members Mr. Pritam Lenka and Mr. Lakshay Mittal on 15th September 2018. The students were oriented towards the historical importance of the city of Siri and the need of Hauz Khas. They experienced through a heritage walk from Aurobindo Marg to the Hauz Khas, different monuments of the various eras of Delhi Sultanate. Throughout the day, the students did various activities like sketching, photography and doing a simple exercise of human measurement in proportion the different building elements. It was a great learning experience for the students.
