Faculty Development Programme on Understanding Business Research was successfully organised from 9^th to 13^th May 2022. The first day of the FDP started with Vice Chancellor, GD Goenka University, Dr.Tabrez Ahmad's address, followed by Chief Guest @Dr.P. Saravarna Professor.IIM-Tiruchirappalli and Dean, School of Management, Professor (Dr.) Alok Pandey's address. Session on Business Research Process was taken by Dr. Suneel Arora, Professor, School of Management, GD Goenka University and sessions on Literature Review, Ethics and Plagiarism was taken by Dr. Vandana Mehrotra, Professor, School of Management, GD Goenka University. On 10th May 2022 and it started with session on Time Series Analysis, which was taken by Dr. Nikhil Kaushik, Assistant Professor, AIT Management, Chandigarh University and session on Mastering Essentials of New Age Marketing research and beyond was taken by Dr. Deepti Wadera, Associate Professor, School of Management, GD Goenka University. On 11th May 2022 and it started with session on Understanding tools and techniques in Operations research, which was taken by Dr. Kishore Morya, Professor, School of Management, GD Goenka University and session on Tools for research in Human resources was taken by Dr. Nusrat Khan, Associate Professor, School of Management, GD Goenka University. On 12^th of May 2022 a very interesting session was taken by Dr. Satish Kumar from MNIT, Jaipur on a relevant topic Getting Your Work Published followed by a session on Mr. Sudarshan Negi, Prowess IQ Team who discussed the Prowess IQ database features and how it can be used by researchers in their research work. on 13th May 2022 .it began with
sessions on Urkund by Ms.Priti Rathi,Product Training Manager,eGalactic and Mr.Ritesh Kumar took session on EBSCO database.Chief Guest for Valedictory was Dr.Rohit Singh ,Dean,Auro University and Dean,SoM Dr.Alok Pandey gave Valedictory address.

The sessions were found very insightful and engaging by the participants of the Faculty Development Programme.
