In collaboration with the Fortis Mental Health Programme, GD Goenka University organized an event, VARTAH: Values – Awareness – Reform – Thrive – Action – Hope, held on July 21st and July 22nd, 2023.

This summit was dedicated to addressing risk behaviours among school children and brought together school counsellors from across the nation.

Positioned as a national-level gathering for school counsellors, VARTAH aimed to cultivate a nurturing mental health ethos within educational frameworks, as stated in official communication.

The summit served as a pivotal platform for school counsellors and educators to convene and partake in meaningful dialogues, emphasizing raising awareness, implementing transformative measures, and taking concrete steps to bolster the well-being of children and adolescents, as highlighted in the release.
