School of Humanities, Social Sciences and Education as part of the cultural week on 29 August 2022 organised fun and joyful yoga session in the morning. The yoga trainer Yosita Tuli has come to university for yoga session for the students. The week-long Culture Week programme provides an opportunity for people to deepen their understanding of cultural diversity. It's a time for celebration and recognition of the students as well as the school's achievements. Everyday Inclusion is the things we do, the way we behave, and how we interact with each other on a daily basis that supports our culture and behaviours to be a truly inclusive environment. The event saw more than 150 participants understand that yoga is not just a practice but a powerful tool with which one can attain harmony of mind, body, and soul. Yoga is a great way to soothe the mind & body as one feels a greater sense of freedom while doing yoga movements. Yoga possesses a unique ability to make the body alert but relaxed. Yoga doesn’t deal with physical wellness alone but it also has a great influence on mental and spiritual wellness. The vote of thanks was given by Dr. Sunita Sehrawat.
