Introduction: I have done my Ph.D. in Horticulture (Fruit Science) from ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi. During 2021, I have cleared ASRB NET examination. I have completed my post-graduation from Central Agricultural University, Imphal and graduation from Banda University of Agriculture and Technology, Banda U.P with gold medal. During post-graduation (CAU, Imphal), I have worked on four different species of Passiflora and reported the existence of PassilforaligularisJuss for the first time from North-East region of India (IC-0648409, Fruits; KRIRM/CAU/1). My academic contributions extend beyond my thesis, with six published research papers, twelve popular articles, four book chapters, and the authorship of two books. Furthermore, I have actively participated in six national and international conferences, showcasing my commitment to scholarly engagement and knowledge dissemination. In March 2023, I enriched my academic experience as a visiting fellow at the University of Western Australia, Perth. This opportunity allowed me to collaborate and exchange knowledge with experts in my field, contributing to the global scientific community.
