Prof. (Dr.) Kim Anne Menezes, Dean: GD Goenka University, earned her PhD from the highly reputed University of Texas at Austin (USA). Kim’s also holds an MS (Applied Science) from Bowling Green State University (USA) and a BSc (Statistics) from St Xavier’s College, University of Bombay, Mumbai (India).

Kim’s research interest is in the application of statistical modelling in business decision-making. She has published or co-published in academic journals such as Research in Higher Education, Journal of Academic and Business Ethics, and Environmental Science and Technology.

Kim has about 24 years experience, 15 years in academic roles and 9 years in corporate roles. She held academic roles ranging from Teaching Assistant to Full Professor at various higher education institutions - University of Florida (USA); University of Texas at Austin (USA); University of Cincinnati (USA); and GD Goenka World Institute | Lancaster University. She worked for about nine years as Associate Manager (Research and Development Group) at Nielsen Holdings in Cincinnati (USA), a globally leading market research company. At Nielsen, Kim was responsible for creating and maintaining models for forecasting and trend analyses; preparing specifications for programming teams to implement new forecasting models for Nielsen’s core applications; and providing support to end-users on the mathematics underpinning these forecasting models.
