CAREER COUNSELLING-GROUP DISCUSSION WORKSHOP

A Group discussion workshop was organised by School of management,GD Goenka University on 9 th Nov 2022 for BBA students by Dr.Ramandeep Kaur of School of Management .

The objective was to involve the students to take participate in group discussions and were given feedback accordingly with career counselling tips. Students participated in the group discussion and learnt how to be more effective in the same. Students’ groups were given various topics and they played various roles like that of an active speaker, group moderator and facilitator etc.

They also discussed about the challenges faced by them in group discussions. The event was a hit and looking at students expressing their opinions was a delight. School of Management plans to organise many more such events in future.
