G D Goenka University, School of Law conducted a Legal Literacy Camp at Nuh

The Legal Aid Committee (LAC) of School of Law, G D Goenka University conducted a Legal Literacy Camp at Nuh, Haryana on 12th October 2017 to spread legal awareness at grass-root level on various issues relating to \'Beti Padhao Beti Badhao\' and \'Education for all\' through Nukkad Naatak (Street Play)in Mewat Model School, Nuh. The aforesaid programme was presided over by Hon\'ble CJM (Nuh) Shri Narinder Singh, Shri Kamlesh Chand (Vice President,Hindu High School, Nuh) , Shri Naveen Single (Advocate, Delhi High Court) , Shri S.S. Rana (Principal, Mewat Model School).

Further, team members of LAC imparted legal awareness& knowledge at Panchayat Ghar, Khedla Village, Nuh through Nukad Natak, speeches on sexual & reproductive health rights of women, live demonstration of filing complaints at Chief Minister window in Haryanvi dialect for better understanding. Furthermore, LAC has assurednatives of village Khedla to provide legal assistance for their future legal references.
