Online Research Training Programme for Law Students

School of Law, G D Goenka University in collaboration with Lexis Nexis conducted an online research training programme for law students on Lexis Nexis: A Database on 25th September, 2018. LexisNexis- Legal & Professional is a leading global provider of legal, regulatory and business information and analytics that help customers increase productivity, improve decision-making and outcomes, and advance the rule of law around the world.

The resource persons for the training programme were Ms. Sarita Patnaik (Executive, Lexis Nexis) and Dr. Swadesh Sharma (Deputy Librarian of GDGU). It was a very enriching session for the students as it would help them to find authentic research materials for finding relevant cases, e- journal articles, e- books etc.
