MoU with HUAWEI to train engineering students

Four Goenkan students get trained on “Cyber Security” by experts at Cyber Cell Gurugram. Students of B.Tech (CSE) program from GD Goenka School of Engineering, Mr. Aviral Apurva, Mr. Pranshu Ranakoti, Mr. Shashank Tomar and Mr. Saurav Yadav completed their summer internship at Cyber Cell Gurugram under the guidance of Cyber Security expert Mr. Rakshit Tandon. During this internship, they are trained on Cybercrimes and investigation.

During this internship they were exposed to a different face of Cybercrime and Cyber security; Mobile crimes, Social media crimes, Website crimes, E-commerce crimes, and E-mail crimes. They also attended detailed lectures on those crimes, their modus operandi, what are the protocols & techniques used in the investigation and case studies for each one of them. They also learned about various cyber laws and what it actually means to be an ethical hacker according to the Indian laws.

During this internship, they interacted and attended sessions of 15 experts from the domain. The internship ended project on “Mobile crime and Investigation & Social media crimes and investigation”.
