GD Goenka University hosted TRAIN-THE-TRAINERS program at Colombo, Sri Lanka
GD Goenka University in association with the Open University of Sri Lanka hosted the ADB Regional Capacity Development Technical Assistance: Strengthening the Capacity for Environmental and Climate Change Laws in Asia and the Pacific TRAIN-THE-TRAINERS Program from 28th May – 1st June 2018 at Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Prof. (Dr.) S. Shanthakumar, Pro. Vice Chancellor of GD Goenka University and Dean, School of Law was the country focal point from India for the above program. He was appointed as an international trainer for this program. There were around 60 applications from India out of which the screening committee had selected 20 participants. This was a week-long training workshop for the environmental law teachers.
